Celebrating 1 Million Working Hours Without A Lost Time Incident!

At Hanley Calibration, we believe that a safe workplace is fundamental to our success and well-being. This year, we are proud to announce that we have marked 1 Million hours worked since our last LTI (Lost Time Injury). This accomplishment is a major milestone for us, it is a testament to the effectiveness of our safety protocols, training, and hard work of our entire safety team.

Our Journey to Zero LTIs

Achieving this milestone didn’t happen overnight. It has been the result of continuous improvement and the dedication of our employees. We have embedded safety into every area of our operations, making it not just a policy but a shared value. Our safety measures and ongoing education have empowered everyone at Hanley Calibration to prioritise their safety and that of their colleagues.

A Token of Appreciation

To recognise the significant contribution of our Safety Committee to this remarkable achievement, we have presented each member with a special ‘Tea Time’ hamper. This gesture is a small token of our gratitude for their dedication and hard work in making Hanley Calibration a safe place for all.

The hampers symbolise the importance of taking a moment to pause, appreciate, and recharge.
