Hanley Calibration was established in 1992 and since then we have provided Calibration, Validation, and Commissioning services to the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device industries, Oil & Gas industries.

Calibration

Contract Types 

Hanley Calibration supplies a full range of contract types to suit our customers’ needs. We offer: 

  • Fixed price calibration maintenance contracts utilising technician’s complete with certified test equipment and fully traceable and audited test procedures 
  • Variable price contracts, for the supply of technicians and engineers for medium and longer term contracts
  • Provision of fully augmented workforce providing long term support, subject matter expertise and delivering on KPI’s and cost efficiencies. (Often entails full management of calibration department). 

Calibration Programme management: Set up and development of calibration management systems including instrument assessment, criticality + tolerance assessment, SOP, PM and CM protocol development, etc. 

Commissioning: calibration program and equipment parameter set up, execution and management, loop checking services, fault finding, alarm verifications, Digital I/P and O/P verifications, etc.

Validation

Supply of experienced manpower resources, generation and execution of protocols and provision of CFR compliant equipment. Management and delivery of projects on time and within budget. 

Delivery scope includes qualification of all types of CTU’s including Incubators, Ovens, Fridges, Freezers, Autoclaves, Sterilisers, stability chambers as well as environmental, including Warehouses, Hot rooms, Cold rooms, production areas etc.

Supply and management of experienced engineering and technical resources to supplement customer’s needs – including the areas of consultancy using SME’s, compliance, calibration, validation, CQV, commissioning, maintenance, metrology, planning, facilities, utilities, reliability and work order administration.
