Inaugural Apprentice of the Year Awards

We were delighted to attend the Inaugural Apprentice of the Year Awards this week!

Being a long-time supporter of the Apprenticeship scheme as well as helping to grow the careers of the qualified Apprentices this was an excellent event to be a part of.

Held in the Round Room of the Mansion house, the location of the first sitting of Dáil Éireann in 1919 and 100 years to the day since The Dáil approved the Constitution of the Irish Free State we were delighted to be in attendance to support our very own Thomas Staunton. Thomas had been recognised for his incredible dedication to his trade in Instrumentation.

Although he did not win the overall prize, a great night was had and congratulations to the 180 apprentices nominated from around the country for the inaugural national Apprentice of the Year awards!
